TEAM
Wan Li Zhu is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Suffolk Technologies. Wan Li is an experienced venture capital investor and was previously a Partner at Fairhaven Capital, a Boston-based VC firm that has invested over $450M in software and hardware companies. He also founded and runs MIT Alumni Angels, the alumni-based startup investment network of MIT with presence in Boston, NYC, SF and DC. Prior to startup investing, Wan Li was a product leader at Microsoft in Dynamics CRM. Wan Li holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
WAN LI ZHU
Jit Kee is the Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Suffolk, where she leads the company’s journey to leverage big data and advanced analytics to improve construction outcomes. Prior to Suffolk, Jit Kee spent 10 years with McKinsey and Company, advising Fortune 100 companies on strategic, commercial and advanced analytics topics. She graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in physics and English literature, and later received her PhD in physics from MIT.

DIANA SWENTON
Diana Swenton is a Senior Investment Associate at Suffolk Technologies. She focuses on early-stage software and hardware investments, with particular attention to digitization and datafication of the built environment. At Suffolk, she leverages the entire breadth of her experience, from marketing, operations, data science, and investment, to uncover and invest in the next generation of startups that will transform how things are built. Prior to joining Suffolk Technologies, Diana worked for Dell Technologies Capital where she invested in startups in the Enterprise B2B tech, including: AI, Big Data, IoT, Cyber-security, Infrastructure, Cloud native, Cloud storage systems, DevOps. Diana holds a M.S from Bentley University, and a B.A from McGill University.

Jonson Berman is an Investment Associate at Suffolk Technologies. He works on early-stage investments, with focus on companies creating better, cheaper, or faster solutions that are also better for the environment. Prior to Suffolk Technologies, Jonson spent 5 years at a multi-billion family office where he focused on venture capital and sustainable infrastructure investing. He was a key part of all stages of the investment process from: thesis creation, sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and fund management. While there, he also started and helped raised the firms first dedicated Climate-Tech venture fund. Jonson holds a BA Physics and a Minor In Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago.
JONSON BERMAN
PARKER MUNDT
Parker Mundt is the Operating Director at Suffolk Technologies, working closely with promising startups to identify opportunities for operational engagement. In his role, Parker leverages his years of industry experience and network connections to support entrepreneurs in their product development and scaling efforts.  Parker also serves as Managing Director of the Boost program, an intense, highly selective 6-week accelerator program designed to help early stage, built world technology companies solve their biggest business problems. Prior to joining the Suffolk Tech team, Parker held Operations and Executive management roles at Suffolk, focused on standardizing operational excellence across the $4.5B construction business. Parker earned his bachelor’s degree in earth and oceanographic science from Bowdoin College.
Zach Somers is an Operations Associate at Suffolk Technologies. Zach works closely with Suffolk project teams to identify start-up founders and built world industry solutions that are innovating the construction and real estate space. Zach also serves as Program Manager for the Boost Program, sourcing and evaluating applications from over 100+ Contech and Proptech companies annually. Prior to joining Suffolk Technologies, Zach gained experience in supporting construction operations across the entire project lifecycle, and worked closely with Suffolk’s Innovation and Data Analytics divisions. Zach graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and received a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
